Jeannie McGartland described the blueberry doughnuts at Peace, Love and Little Donuts as "life-changing." McGartland, a sophomore acting major, said she first saw the doughnuts when she went with friends to the Strip District. "We saw people walking around with bags of little doughnuts, and I was like, 'What are those? We have to get some,'" McGartland said.

"Unique," "different" and "colorful" are three words customers use to describe this hidden gem in the Strip District.
Caribbean music sets the tone. Tie-dyed murals hang on the wall, and mosaic fish lead the way to the seats in Kaya. "Our food is really good - reasonably priced, good portion sizes and fresh produce from local farmers," Monika Berwein-Banks, general manager of Kaya, said.
